The following may not be worn at school:

·         Clothing that reveals undergarments

·         Halter tops, strapless or tube tops, tops with shoulder straps less than one inch wide

·         Bare midriff shirts or blouses

·         Short shorts or skirts (When arms are at the sides of the body, extended fingers must not reach below the hem line.)

·         Clothing, buttons, slogans, logos or anything else exhibiting or endorsing profanity, obscenity, drugs, alcohol, tobacco, violence, or that is sexually suggestive.

·         Gang attire

·         Perfumes or colognes

·         Any type of slip-on shoes not securely fastened to the foot

·         Platform shoes or shoes with a sole or heel more than 2 inches thick

·         Heelies, or shoes with inset wheels, unless the wheels have been removed

Shoes

Students must wear shoes at all times outside the classroom. It is at the teachers’ discretion whether students must wear shoes in the classroom. For safety, shoes must always be securely fastened to the foot.
